3. Eligibility
By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where legally required. Services are not intended for anyone seeking emergency mental health, medical, or crisis support.
4. Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required before your session or reading is provided unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Prices are listed in AU$ and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice where possible.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in partial or full loss of payment, depending on the circumstances.
Due to the energetic preparation involved in Reiki healing and tarot services, completed sessions and delivered readings are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details and being available at the agreed session time.
For distance Reiki sessions, your willingness to receive and your openness to the process may influence your personal experience.
You agree to approach services with personal responsibility and understand that healing and intuitive work are supportive tools, not guaranteed solutions.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information and session discussions are treated with care, respect, and confidentiality.
